The new major target of Maccabi Tel Aviv, following the signing of Tamir Blatt, is reportedly Zach LeDay, according to israelhayom.com.
Maccabi will exercise the renewal option for Jarell Martin (who was scouted by Virtus Bologna according to the Israeli portal), and then they will pursue the former Olimpia Milano player, whose contract with Partizan is expiring.
This season, LeDay has established himself at the highest European level, averaging 11.4 points and 5.1 rebounds in the EuroLeague.
There’s been no progress in the contract renewal talks between Real Madrid and Walter Tavares.
As reported by Eurohoops, the center’s contract will expire on June 30, 2024, with an annual salary for the last season of 4 million euros gross.
For the renewal, Tavares is asking for a significant salary jump, reaching 3 million net euros, a standard for top EuroLeague players like Vasa Micic and Shane Larkin.
Currently, the negotiations are at a standstill.
Paris Basketball announces the departure of Ismaël Kamagate, a major transfer target for Olimpia Milano.
The French center has been in the capital since 2019, when he was 17 years old. Selected in the NBA in the second round in 2022, in this last season in France he finished third in the rebounding ranking, second in shooting percentage, and fourth as a shot blocker.

Nico Mannion is officially a player for Baskonia. The club has announced a two-year agreement with the Italian point guard.
Mannion leaves Virtus Bologna after two seasons. He averaged 9.8 points and 3.1 assists in his last season in LBA. In 19 appearances in the EuroLeague, he scored 5.9 points and provided 2.6 assists.

According to Eurohoops, Kevin Punter has signed a lucrative deal with Barcelona.
The former Milan guard leaves Partizan to join the blaugrana on the day of Sarunas Jasikevicius’s departure.
The contract is reported to be a two-year deal worth a total of 6 million euros.
Barcelona and center Sertac Sanli are in contract renewal talks, with figures reportedly lower than the two-year deal he signed two summers ago after winning the EuroLeague with Anadolu Efes, according to RAC1.
The Turkish center, who will turn 32 in August, has averaged 7.3 points and 3.4 rebounds in domestic competition this season, and 6.2 points and 3.1 rebounds in the EuroLeague. Sanli’s threat from the perimeter makes him a valuable asset for Barcelona’s offense and provides a different profile for their interior game.
