Malachi Flynn is close to remaining with Bahcesehir Koleji Istanbul despite strong interest from several EuroLeague clubs

Malachi Flynn could stay with Bahcesehir Koleji Istanbul next season. According to BasketNews, the former NBA guard is close to remaining in Turkey despite drawing strong interest from multiple EuroLeague teams.

Flynn, 27, has been one of the top guards in Europe this season. In EuroCup, he averaged 17.7 points, 4.3 rebounds, 3.8 assists and 1.7 steals, also earning All-EuroCup First Team honors.

The player recently obtained Turkish citizenship and is expected to represent the national team in upcoming FIBA competitions. Bahcesehir are now aiming to keep one of their main stars.
