Spain must find a new coach for its future after the departure of Sergio Scariolo, and at the moment there are two clear favorites to take the job.
According to Marca, Pablo Laso and Chus Mateo are the leading candidates for the role of head coach of the Spanish national team. Laso parted ways with Baskonia this summer, while Mateo also left Real Madrid.
Reports also mention Xavi Pascual and Jaume Ponsarnau as names to keep in consideration.
