La partnership tra Gustavo Ayon e lo Zenit San Pietroburgo termina dopo una sola stagione. Ad annunciarlo è lo stesso team russo, che ringrazia l’esperto big man messicano e gli augura buona fortuna per il prosieguo della sua carriera.
Nella scorsa annata Ayon ha mandato a referto oltre 12 punti, 5 rimbalzi e 2 assist per partita in Euroleague.
