Jonathan Givony di Espn ha aggiornato le proiezioni per il Draft NBA 2024, inserendo anche Bronny James al N.10.
Il reporter parla di una Draft Class che non soddisferebbe molto le varie franchigie NBA, così come la successiva.
Al primo posto c’è il lituano Matas Buzelis, 208 cm che gioca da playmaker alla Sunrise Christian Academy, diretto a G League Ignite nella prossima stagione. Buzelis è stato eletto MVP del Basketball Without Borders durante l’All-Star Weekend di Salt Lake City.
Chiudono il podio Cody Williams (fratello di Jalen dei Thunder, altro handler di oltre 2 metri) e il francese Zaccharie Risacher (ASVEL).
Per quanto riguarda Bronny James, Givony ritiene che la crescita mostrata dal figlio di LeBron nell’ultima stagione lo abbia imposto all’attenzione degli scout NBA.
Bronny viene definito il miglior difensore perimetrale tra i senior in uscita dalla high school.
