Luca Banchi to join Long Island Nets as an assistant coach

Luca Banchi has an agreement in place with Long Island Nets to become the new assistant coach of the G League team, sources tell Sportando.
The Italian coach will fly to New York next week and will be in Orlando’s bubble from late in January for the G League season.
Banchi recently coached Lokomotiv Kuban in Russia.
He won two Serie A titles with Siena and Milano.
