UCAM Murcia have announced the signing of Jaylen Hands through the end of the season. The American guard, who can also play at point guard, joins Sito Alonso’s team to strengthen the perimeter with offensive talent, pace and shot-creation ability.
Developed at UCLA, Hands began his professional career after time in the NBA G League, then built an international path across several European leagues. He already has Liga Endesa experience with Zunder Palencia, where he showed his ability to adapt to the competition, before his most recent stint in the Chinese league.
Hands is described as a versatile scorer who can create in one-on-one situations, knock down perimeter shots and attack the rim aggressively. With this addition, Murcia gain depth, offensive punch and another dynamic backcourt option for the closing part of the season.
