Marcio Santos completed his first practice with Baskonia after arriving in Vitoria. The Brazilian big man will be available to Paolo Galbiati for the EuroLeague game against Olimpia Milano.
Marcio Santos has already joined Baskonia’s team activities and completed his first practice under Paolo Galbiati. The 23-year-old, 2.04-meter center has also been registered on the EuroLeague website with jersey No. 21.
According to El Correo, Santos will be available on Friday against Olimpia Milano at the Buesa Arena. His arrival gives Baskonia another option inside, where Kenneth Faried had been the only natural center available.
Baskonia also received good news on Faried, whose ankle issue suffered against Valencia did not prove serious. With Santos now available, Galbiati will have to leave one player out of his 13-man roster.
