Charles Bassey to join Celtics on 10-day deal

According to Michael Scotto, Charles Bassey will join the Boston Celtics on a 10-day contract.

For the big man, it will be his third NBA team of the season after brief stints with the Memphis Grizzlies and the Philadelphia 76ers.

Bassey had been playing in the G League for the Santa Cruz Warriors, averaging over 20 points, 12 rebounds, and 2 blocks per game.

The former Western Kentucky standout has also been working to expand his shooting range, as shown by his 43% shooting on 2.3 three-point attempts per game.
