L’ala avrebbe cambiato idea poco prima di chiudere la trattativa con il Panathiniakos.
Nella scorsa stagione Hervey ha prodotto medie di 11.9 punti, 5.7 rimbalzi e 1.7 recuperi con il Lokomotiv Kuban.
