L’Umana Reyer è lieta di presentare il primo torneo internazionale Reyer Project Europe

L’Umana Reyer è lieta di presentare il primo torneo internazionale Reyer Project Europe, organizzato dalla società orogranata e dedicato alla categoria under 15 maschile, classe 2008/2009.
Al torneo partecipano alcune società aderenti al progetto Europe orogranata e altre con cui c’è la volontà di approfondire la conoscenza reciproca.
Si tratta del primo torneo giovanile maschile internazionale organizzato dall’Umana Reyer e tutte le partite saranno disputate da venerdì 3 a domenica 5 marzo al Palasport Ancilotto di Mestre.

“Si tratta della prima edizione di questo torneo dedicato al progetto internazionale del nostro settore giovanile e questo rappresenta un altro mattone per la crescita e l’espansione del nostro club. La società ha voluto fortemente questo torneo per mettere subito a frutto le collaborazioni e per approfondire la conoscenza reciproca con il club partecipanti. Abbiamo grande entusiasmo e curiosità: è la prima volta che stringiamo legami forti con società straniere e questi tre giorni rappresentano un primo passo per scambiare conoscenze e migliorarsi reciprocamente. Ci fa grande piacere che le società partecipanti abbiano accettato con entusiasmo l’invito al torneo, sia i club che fanno già parte del progetto che quelli con cui approfondiremo la conoscenza per un’eventuale futura adesione.

Il torneo rappresenta diverse opportunità, innanzitutto per i ragazzi: all’età di 15 anni non è usuale avere la possibilità di confrontarsi con pari età di nazionalità straniera e con una pallacanestro diversa dalla nostra. Inoltre, è un’occasione di crescita anche per i nostri istruttori e per la nostra società perché queste situazioni accrescono l’esperienza internazionale e anche il prestigio del club. Dobbiamo quindi ringraziare la Reyer, per la disponibilità, l’organizzazione e le strutture messe a disposizione, e la proprietà per il desiderio di continuare ad investire nei giovani e nel progetto di settore giovanile. Inoltre, ringraziamo tutte le società partecipanti: sappiamo bene le difficoltà che ci sono per organizzare una trasferta a livello giovanile, con i ragazzi che frequentano ancora le scuole superiori. Siamo certi che sarà un grande evento, buon basket a tutti”.

The Umana Reyer organization is pleased to release the first international Reyer Project Europe tournament, organized by the orogranata club and dedicated to the under 15 men’s category, born in 2008/2009.
Some clubs taking part in the Europe orogranata project and others with whom there is a desire to deepen mutual knowledge, participate in the tournament.
This is the first international men’s youth tournament organized by Umana Reyer and all games will be played from Friday 3 to Sunday 5 March at the Palasport Ancilotto in Mestre.

“This is the first edition of this tournament dedicated to the international project of our youth sector and this represents another step for the growth and expansion of our club. The Reyer club strongly wanted this tournament to immediately put the collaborations to good use and to deepen mutual knowledge with the participating clubs. We are excited and we can’t wait: it is the first time that we have established strong bond with foreign clubs and these three days represent a first step to exchange knowledge and improve each other. We are very pleased that the participating clubs have enthusiastically accepted the invitation to the tournament, both the clubs that are already part of the project and those with whom we will deepen our knowledge for a possible future membership.

The tournament represents various opportunities, first of all for the youths: at the age of 15 it is not usual to have the possibility to compete with the same age of foreign nationality and with a different kind of basketball. Furthermore, it is also an opportunity for growth for our trainers and for our club because these situations increase the international experience and also the prestige of the club. We must therefore thank Reyer, for the effort, organization and facilities made available, and the ownership for the desire to continue investing in young people and in the youth sector project. Furthermore, we thank all the participating clubs: we are well aware about the difficulties there are in organizing a trip at a youth level, with the kids still attending high school. We are sure it will be a great event, best luck to everyone.”
