Dopo 21 stagioni termina la carriera di Vince Carter. Gli Atlanta Hawks infatti non parteciperanno al torneo che la NBA ha organizzato per riprendere la stagione e si chiude così l’esperienza NBA di un grandissimo.
Carter ha disputato 1.541 partite di regular season segnando 16.7 pint di media con 4.3 rimbalzi e 3 assist.
Per lui esperienze a Toronto, Nets, Magic, Suns, Mavericks, Grizzlies, Kings e Hawks.
