Sergio Scariolo gave an interview to Marca in which he talked about his adventure as coach of Spain. The coach is no longer in the spotlight after his farewell to Virtus Bologna, but despite this, his experience at the helm of the Spanish national team seems likely to continue for a long time to come. These are the statements of the former Virtus coach.
Sergio Scariolo on renewal with Spain: “We have very advanced conversations. Obviously, until there is confirmation that Elisa Aguilar will continue as president, these conversations are somewhat suspended, but I understand that they will resume when there is confirmation that she will continue in her position.”
