Sasha Vezenkov reportedly informed the Kings that he wants to change teams

Sasha Vezenkov has reportedly informed the Sacramento Kings that he wants to change teams, according to Eurohoops.

Mihalis Stefanou reveals that the player has not yet decided whether to return to Europe or look for another destination in the NBA.

Obviously in case of a return to Europe the Bulgarian player will attract the interest of major Euroleague teams.

Vezenkov last summer signed a three-year, $20 million deal, guaranteed in his first two seasons ($6,658,536 in 2024/25).

The forward ended his rookie year finding less space than expected in the Kings’ rotation, with 5.3 points and 2.3 rebounds in 12 minutes per game, sitting on the bench for 48 minutes on a few occasions.
