Virtus Bologna has its eyes on Carsen Edwards, an American point guard from Bayern Munich, who averages 10 points per game in the Euroleague.

The team, which will start the new season on 19 August, is looking to complete the roster with a point guard, an outside player and a centre.

Edwards’ arrival will also depend on the possible departure of Ognjen Dobric.

Monaco reportedly to re-sign Donatas Motiejunas

Lithuanian centre Donatas Motiejunas has decided to stay at AS Monaco, according to BasketNews sources, who therefore confirm the rumours of the past few hours.

Despite talks with Olimpia Milano, Motiejunas has opted for a new deal with Monaco that will see him committed for another two years.

Last season in the EuroLeague, Motiejunas averaged 8.8 points (60.9% from 2, 37.7% from 3), 3.4 rebounds and 0.9 assists in less than 18 minutes per game.

Monaco: Jordan Loyd expected at Maccabi Tel Aviv, Hall and Brown on the move

AS Monaco is preparing to lose some of its key players. Jordan Loyd (1.93m, 30 years old) is expected in Tel Aviv to sign a two-year contract with Maccabi. Loyd, who has played for the Roca team for the past two years, will be a key pawn in Maccabi Tel-Aviv with a salary of €1.1m for 2024-2025 and €1.2m for 2025-2026.

Hapoel Tel Aviv has made significant progress in negotiations with Ish Wainright, who is close to becoming the team’s fifth foreign signing this summer.
