Amongst those in attendance were FIBA officials, members of the Basketball Champions League Board, and representatives of the qualified teams. They were joined by a number of recognisable basketball alumni, including Turkey’s Hüseyin Beşok and Eurelijus Żukauskas from Lithuania. Both were on stage to assist with the Draw.
Draw for the Round of 16The 16 teams will play best-of-3 series and the 8 winners will advance to the Quarter-Finals. The Round of 16 will tip off on 3 March 2020 and conclude (at the latest) on 18 March 2020.
The teams having finished 1st (Pot 1) and 2nd (Pot 2) of their Regular Season group are seeded and will play the first and possible third legs of the the Round of 16 at home. The teams having finished 3rd (Pot 3) and 4th (Pot 4) of their Regular Season group are unseeded and will play the second leg of the the Round of 16 at home.
