Parma Perm applies for spot in Basketball Champions League

The Russian team wants to play in the BCL next season

Russian club Parma Perm reportedly submitted an application for a spot in the Basketball Champions League.

The team has currently four players under contract for next season in Adas Juskevicius, Mareks Mejeris, Robert Johnson and Boris Savovic.
