Estonia has revealed its final roster for the upcoming FIBA EuroBasket 2025, with Kristian Kullamae and Henri Drell set to take on leading roles. However, the team suffered a major setback with the injury-related absence of starting center Maik-Kalev Kotsar.
Head coach Heiko Rannula now turns to Matthias Tass as the lone true big man, while veterans Siim-Sander Vene, Artur Konontsuk, and Kaspar Treier will be crucial in supporting Estonia’s bid to compete in a tough Group A.
After a 3-2 record in preparation games, Estonia opens its campaign on August 27 against Serbia, followed by matchups with Latvia, Czechia, Türkiye, and Portugal. The pressure is on Kullamae and Drell to step up in Kotsar’s absence.
