Ergin Ataman: Nunn had some problems since yesterday, but I hope he’ll play tomorrow

Panathinaikos returns to the court tomorrow against Baskonia, these are some of Ergin Ataman’s statements:

On injury problems:
“I don’t know what’s going on with Papapetrou’s condition. We’ve had some injury issues. Nunn had some problems since yesterday, but I hope he’ll play tomorrow.”

On Kalaitzakis:
“He did a very good job. When he is focused on defense and offense, he doesn’t make mistakes and plays for the team. He helps us a lot in terms of aggressiveness.”

On Nunn and whether he is the best player in Europe:
“We’ll see who the best player is at the end of the season. Ok, Kendrick had an amazing performance yesterday, but one of our opponents, Howard, scored 27 points away against Maccabi. There are many great players in the EuroLeague. Kendrick is one of the best, but to be honest, who the best is will be determined at the end of the season.
For me, the best player is always the player from the championship-winning team. So, I hope we win the title and one of our players, like last year it was Sloukas, earns that recognition. But so far, everyone is a great player.”
