An incident occurred at the end of the match between Oklahoma City Thunder and Denver Nuggets. Nikola Jokic fell to the ground after blocking Lu Dort, and the television commentator initially shouted that it was flopping. But it turned out differently…
Thunder wing Luguentz Dort said he apologized to Nikola Jokic after committing another fourth-quarter flagrant in the Oklahoma City Thunder’s 129-126 win over the Denver Nuggets. “Just lost in the competition… I shook his hand, said ‘great game’ and I apologized,” Dort told ESPN.

The play was ruled a flagrant 1 after review: while fighting over a Jokic screen on the wing, Dort swung his left arm and caught Jokic in the face. Jokic downplayed it afterward, saying there were no hard feelings and that the issue was “over since last time,” referencing the earlier incident 10 days prior that sparked a bigger confrontation.
This is hilarious.
OKC announcer: “Are you kidding me… He didn’t even get hit in the face! Take a look at this folks, I gotta show it to ya.”

Thunder coach Mark Daigneault also addressed the backdrop, saying he regretted how he initially handled the previous situation: “Lu acknowledged the play was unnecessary… and I don’t think my comments helped. The timing was insensitive.” Denver’s reaction this time was more muted, with David Adelman saying he was “done talking about that,” and focusing on moving on and trying to win.
