The U.S. president said he would grant the two former NBA players a “full pardon,” claiming they could enter women’s sports and break every record.

Donald Trump said he would give Dennis Rodman and Enes Kanter Freedom a “full pardon” to allow them to enter women’s sports, including the WNBA.

He made the comments during a rally in Durant, Oklahoma, with both former NBA players in attendance. “I’m giving them a full pardon that they can go into women’s sports anytime they want,” Trump said, adding that he guaranteed they would “break every record in the history of women’s sports.”

Kanter Freedom announced in August that he intended to enter the 2027 WNBA Draft, but his eligibility remains subject to the league’s rules and collective bargaining agreement.
