The former Houston guard headed to Japan
DeJon Jarreau is the newest addition to Alvark Tokyo, as announced by the Japanese club.
The 28-year-old guard will leave the United States for the first time in his career after spending several seasons primarily in the G League, with limited NBA experience (21 appearances over three seasons).
In the 2025-26 season, Jarreau impressed with the Memphis Hustle in the G League, averaging over 14 points, five rebounds and five assists per game.

The deal will make Olbrich one of the highest-paid imports in Japan’s B.League ahead of the 2026-27 season.
