Nikola Mirotic could return to Barcelona. According to Mundo Deportivo, the Montenegrin power forward is finalizing his exit from AS Monaco and would not rule out a comeback to the blaugrana club three years after his controversial departure in 2023.
Mirotic reportedly has very good memories of his four years at Palau between 2019 and 2023 and would see a Barça return as his first option if the club called. He has already received interest from several EuroLeague teams, including Valencia Basket.
Last season with Monaco, despite dealing with injuries, Mirotic averaged 11 points, 4.3 rebounds and a 12.7 PIR in EuroLeague, shooting 39.3% from three-point range.
