Hapoel Tel Aviv faces Barcelona after its loss to Dubai and domestic derby win over Maccabi, with Dimitris Itoudis demanding maximum intensity.
“We will be playing against a new and regenerated Barcelona,” Itoudis said. “They run the floor very well and prioritize transition points. They are very athletic, both bigs and guards, and we need to match their energy and athleticism for 40 minutes.”
Elijah Bryant also addressed Tomas Satoransky: “We had a tough loss against Dubai, but the important thing is that Tomas is okay and healthy. To get back to winning in EuroLeague, we need 40 minutes of focus and to stick to the coaches’ plan.”
