Anton Gavel previews ASVEL-Bayern and calls on his team to raise its EuroLeague level and return to winning ways

Bayern Munich is looking to return to winning ways in EuroLeague on the road against ASVEL, with Anton Gavel warning about the French side’s home threat.

“ASVEL is a very dangerous opponent, especially at home, but we have to — and will — raise our level in EuroLeague,” Gavel said. “They have very good perimeter shooters and play well together. I’m confident our team will be well prepared.”

Austin Wiley added: “We know ASVEL from preseason, but this will be a different game. We want to build on our league performance and finally get back to winning ways in EuroLeague.”
