Zenit’s Renfroe, Iverson out for several weeks

Russian side continues to suffer injuries.

Zenit St Petersburg will be without two of its key players, guard Alex Renfroe and center Colton Iverson, who both suffered injuries in the team’s Turkish Airlines EuroLeague loss to FC Barcelona on Thursday. Renfroe hurt his knee and is expected to be out for three weeks. Iverson injured his hand and will need two weeks to recover. Renfroe has been worth 6.3 points and 4.8 assists in 19 games so far for Zenit. Iverson has averaged 5.2 points and 4.8 rebounds in 22 games. He had been the only Zenit player to appear in every game this season.
