The visitors turned the game around between the end of the first half and the beginning of the second, after trailing by 7 in the opening minutes.
Poythress had 16 points in 19′ to lead Zenit in scoring, with Ponitka adding 14 and Pangos 11 with 6 assists; Wilbekin scored 18 for Maccabi.
