Yuki Kawamura to join Grizzlies on Exhibit 10 deal

23-year-old point guard Yuki Kawamura has agreed to an Exhibit 10 contract with the Memphis Grizzlies.

The news was announced by his Japanese team, the Yokohama B-Corsairs.

Kawamura is competing in the Olympics with the Japanese national team, yesterday he scored 29 points with 6 assists against France, but also committed the controversial foul that allowed the hosts to grab the overtime.

Last year in the B-League, the point guard put together averages of 20.8 points and 8 assists.
