Yam Madar is set to move from Hapoel Tel Aviv to Maccabi Tel Aviv, while Tamir Blatt will complete the opposite journey, according to Sports.co.il.
Madar is expected to sign a three-year deal worth €2 million per season, with an option for two additional years. Taking into account higher taxation for Israeli players, the point guard is set to become the most expensive player in the club’s history.
Blatt, meanwhile, will reportedly “settle” for a three-year contract worth €1.6 million per season.
Madar, who was recently linked with LSU, spent last season under coach Dimitris Itoudis mainly in the Winner League, where he averaged 15.2 points and 4.5 assists per game.
Blatt, on the other hand, posted averages of 8 points and 5.1 assists across domestic competition and EuroLeague play.
