According to Basketball Sphere, there is still no agreement with Dubai, while other EuroLeague scenarios remain open for the Barcelona coach

Xavi Pascual’s future remains one of the hottest coaching topics in EuroLeague. After reports linking him with a possible exit from Barcelona, Basketball Sphere denies that an agreement with Dubai has already been reached.

According to the report, Dubai’s offer would not be worth €12 million over three years, but €6 million net in total, equal to €2 million per season. However, Dubai are not the only club interested in Pascual.

Hapoel Tel Aviv and Panathinaikos are also mentioned as possible suitors, reportedly with financially stronger offers than Dubai’s. Much will depend on Pascual’s meeting with Joan Laporta, with even a surprising Barcelona stay not completely ruled out.
