Wizards trade Danilo Gallinari to Pistons in multi-player trade

Along with the Italian forward, Mike Muscala also moves to Detroit for Marvin Bagley, Isaiah Livers and 2 future second-round picks

Danilo Gallinari moves from the Wizards to the Pistons in a trade that includes players and picks, Adrian Wojnarowski reports.

Gallinari was producing 7 points and 2.9 rebounds in 14 minutes per game.

Along with the Italian forward, Mike Muscala also moves to Detroit for Marvin Bagley, Isaiah Livers and 2 future second-round picks.

Detroit’s intentions on the future of Gallinari and Muscala are still unclear.

Several insiders in the last period have talked about the Pistons as one of the teams determined to improve the roster before the deadline, despite having the league’s worst record.

Bagley still has one season left on his contract at 12.5 million, while the deals of the other players involved are expiring.
