Bradley Beal addressed the incident with a fan in Orlando that landed him under police investigation. After a loss to the Orlando Magic, an unidentified man made a personal remark to Beal about losing money, and Beal swatted at a friend of the man, knocking off his hat and touching the left side of his head.
Beal said he understands sports gambling, but personal comments should be avoided.
He also joked about reporters trying to push him out after questions about his future with the Wizards. Beal admitted frustration after a season in which Washington missed the playoffs, but said he is at peace with where he is and expects to be back with the team.
