The Winner League has published its emergency plan for resuming the championship, stating that games in Israel will restart no later than April 18, 2026, with the possibility of two games being played on April 17. The document also says matches will only be held in arenas with approved protected spaces and that fans will not be allowed while the current emergency conditions remain in place.
The league further specified that games will be played at neutral venues, with Enbox in Hadera serving as the main arena and Netanya Arena as the secondary site. The schedule will be compressed, with teams set to play at least twice per week, and the season must be completed by June 28, 2026.
The competitive format will also change: the play-in has been canceled, the playoff quarterfinals will be played as a best-of-three series, and the semifinals and finals will remain best-of-five. The plan also includes temporary rules for transfer windows and foreign-player management, valid only through the end of the 2025/26 season.
