West Virginia sophomore Oscar Tshiebwe is stepping away from the Mountaineers’ program due to personal reasons, the school announced.
Tshiebwe has averaged 8.5 points and 7.8 rebounds in less than 20 minutes per game this season. He entered the NBA draft last year but withdrew his name and returned to school.
