West play-in games set for Saturday at 2:30pm ET, Sunday at 4:30pm ET if necessary

The Memphis Grizzlies, Portland Trail Blazers, San Antonio Spurs and Phoenix Suns are in contention for the eighth and ninth seeds.

The Western Conference play-in game has been scheduled on Saturday, August 15th at 2:30 PM ET.

If the eighth seed team wins Saturday’s matchup, that team will advance to the playoffs.

If the ninth seed wins, a second game will be played on ESPN Sunday, Aug. 16 beginning at 4:30 p.m.
