Virtus Bologna patron Massimo Zanetti immediately puts to rest the rumors sparked by the statement released this morning by the Segafredo Group in which it announced what appeared to be a disengagement from basketball.
“We will stay in Bologna, with Virtus. But with a new deal….The old sponsorship contract simply expired and we are negotiating the new one, but we are staying in Bologna. Nothing will change.”
This morning the statement that had announced the termination of the old agreement, generating some concern among the many V-Nere supporters.
