Curry was released with the expectation that he will return to the team
The Golden State Warriors waived LJ Cryer and Seth Curry, as announced by the team in a press release.
According to Anthony Slater, Curry was released ‘with the expectation that he will return to the team at some point in the first couple months’.
Cryer ended the preseason scoring 25 points in 5 games. He’s expected to start the season in G League with the Santa Cruz Warriors.
