Jonathan Kuminga was ejected from the Golden State Warriors’ 118-111 win over the Portland Trail Blazers after making contact with a referee while arguing a call late in the second quarter. The altercation led to an immediate technical foul and ejection.

Before leaving, Kuminga had 7 points, 6 rebounds, and 4 assists in 18 minutes. The 23-year-old, who recently signed a two-year, $48.5 million deal, is entering his fourth NBA season after an injury-hit 2024.

Despite his absence, Stephen Curry led the Warriors with 28 points, while Quinten Post added 16 off the bench. Shaedon Sharpe topped Portland’s scoring with 18 points in the loss.
