Vlatko Cancar has suffered another injury setback. Recoletas Salud San Pablo Burgos announced that the Slovenian forward tore the medial meniscus in his left knee.
The injury occurred during Tuesday’s practice when Cancar made an unnatural movement. Medical examinations subsequently confirmed the tear and the need for surgery.
The former Olimpia Milano player will undergo surgery in Munich on Monday. A recovery timetable will be established according to his post-operative progress.
