The chances of Dusko Ivanovic renewing with Virtus Bologna are reportedly decreasing, according to Prealpina and also Corriere di Bologna. At the moment, there seems to be no real progress in talks over a new deal for the Montenegrin coach.
Meanwhile, Aris Thessaloniki are said to be keeping a close eye on the situation as they prepare for an ambitious offseason with a stronger budget. Ivanovic is reportedly one of the names under consideration, alongside Paolo Galbiati, in a coaching market crossover involving Bologna as well.
However, the Galbiati track for Virtus Bologna appears to have cooled down. It is worth remembering that almost a year ago Virtus announced a one-year extension for Ivanovic, who then went on to win the Italian title by beating Pallacanestro Brescia in the finals.
