Virtus Bologna forward Awudu Abass will undergo knee surgery after suffering an injury in a preseason game against Reyer Venezia.

Abass is expected not less than three months of action, Stadio and Il Resto del Carlino report.

Abass missed the entire 2021-2022 season with ACL injury.
