The Bologna Prosecutor’s Office served a notice of the conclusion of preliminary investigations to Luca Vildoza and his wife Milika Tasic, who are under investigation for injuries linked to an incident on October 15 on the city ring roads involving a Red Cross ambulance worker.
The notice (Article 415-bis) gives the defense 20 days to file briefs, submit documents, or request questioning. Attorney Giulia Maria Bellipario, alongside Mattia Grassani, said: “After this notice and once the twenty days provided by law have passed, the prosecutor will have to decide whether to seek indictment or dismissal”.
The case stems from a heated dispute after a Virtus game, followed by a complaint from the healthcare worker and an arrest that was later lifted, with prosecutors opting not to pursue an immediate fast-track trial. On January 13, judge Alberto Ziroldi did not validate the arrest, citing no flagrante/quasi-flagrante conditions and a lack of immediate objective corroboration, also calling parts of the suspects’ account “plausible”.
