Rasheed Bello is a new Virtus Bologna player. The Italian club announced a multi-year agreement with option for the 2003-born American guard.
Bello, 1.83m, joins from Windrose Antwerp Giants, where he won a historic treble: Belgian championship, Belgian Cup and BNXT League. He was named Finals MVP after posting 15 points, 6 rebounds and 7 assists in Game 5 against Filou Oostende.
Born in Chicago, Bello is coming off his first European season, with strong numbers also in the Basketball Champions League: 16.9 points, 5.7 assists and 2.8 rebounds per game.
