Virtus Bologna CEO Luca Baraldi confirmed that they are interested in the Italian International.

“He would be an important player for Virtus Bologna. He is in an important phase of his career because he would join a great team with champions and with a talented coach. Abass needs to show that he can stay in a group of champions also having the chance to play as a protagonist. If he understands this, I think the deal could be finalized soon. He is not the only one we are pursuing, we have clear ideas and we’ll evaluate how to move on the market too. We will make a competitive team that will be able to compete in both Italy and Europe”.
