ESPN announced that Vince Carter has signed a multiyear contract to be a studio and game analyst on both NBA and college basketball.
Carter retired this past season, after 22 years in NBA.
He owns career averages of 16.7 points, 4.3 rebounds and 3.1 assist.
Carter was selected by the Toronto Raptors with the 5th overall pick in the 1998 NBA Draft.
He played the last 2 seasons of his career with the Atlanta Hawks.
This year before the suspension Carter was averaging 5 points and 2.1 rebounds per game.
