According to TMZ, Kobe Bryant’s wife Vanessa has filed a lawsuit against the company that owned the helicopter in which her husband, her daughter Gianna and seven others have lost their lives in the January 26 accident.
The lawsuit alleges Island Express was only allowed to fly under visual flight rules, and adds some details regarding the speed of the helicopter and the negligence from the pilot.
