Valencia Basket has submitted an offer for Eli John Ndiaye, a player subject to Real Madrid’s right of first refusal. ACB announced that the offer was filed on Saturday, July 18.
Real Madrid was notified on Sunday, July 19 and, under the procedure established by the collective agreement, now has five calendar days to match the offer. The deadline is Friday, July 24 at 23:59.
The offer for Ndiaye was the only one submitted for a player subject to the right of first refusal. The 13-day window to file offer documents for players included on the list expired on Saturday, July 18.
