Valencia Basket, hit by a high number of injuries, recently closed a new transfer deal according to Relevo.

The physical problems of Semi Ojeleye and Victor Claver, along with Xabi López Arostegui’s constant stoppages, have left the team without a reliable wing.

In response, the club quickly signed Justin Anderson, an American outside player with NBA experience, currently with Río Breogán.

Anderson, who ends his contract with the Galician team this week, has been a key player, averaging 10.2 points, 2.3 rebounds and 2 assists in the ACB and 11.5 points, 2.5 rebounds and 3 assists in the Basketball Champions League.

However, Valencia’s new acquisition has non-EU status, which means coach Álex Mumbrú will have to make a choice every game day, as the ACB rule only allows two non-EU players per game.
