U-BT Cluj-Napoca have announced the signing of Kristian Kullamae for the 2026-27 season. The 27-year-old Estonian combo guard, listed at 1.95 meters, will continue competing in EuroCup after playing for Lietkabelis Panevezys.
Last season, Kullamae averaged 12.1 points, 2.9 assists and 1.1 steals over 18 EuroCup games. His numbers improved to 15.2 points, 3.2 assists and 1.1 steals in the Lithuanian League. Head coach Mihai Silvasan described him as an intelligent player who can be used at both point guard and shooting guard, with a very good outside shot.
Born in Tallinn and the son of Estonian basketball legend Gert Kullamae, Kristian has played in Estonia, Germany and Spain, including stints with San Pablo Burgos, Surne Bilbao and Lietkabelis. He won the 2025 FIBA Europe Cup with Bilbao and has been a regular member of Estonia’s senior national team since 2019.
