Former Lakers center returns to VTB League

Tsmoki-Minsk announced the signing of American center Robert Upshaw, who will have a new VTB League experience after previously play with Kalev/Cramo

Upshaw comes off a season split between Fuenlabrada and Konyaspor

The forward signed a 1+1 deal
